Offline Maybe Haruna now? Besides the sighting by currentstudent, has their been any other prospect news lately? Maybe a grad transfer? Offline it;s been quiet on twitter, which i check multiple times a day just to see what's going on. in fairness, i haven't been expecting much because i've been assuming we're out of scholarships, but there are no leads, rumors, or visits i'm aware of. Offline Well if Littleson is in fact leaving, and I am disappointed if that is the case, then we better get someone who is considered a better player. At this late juncture I don't think Littleson would say I am leaving unless KD explained to him that his future was not here. If so then get somebody better, don't give last scholie to any preferred walk-on or DII player! You would have to think with the Harunda siting that KD would have anticipated this and hopefully we'll know before the weekend is out. Offline Nick Washington and Haruna both make sense this year, but I think might be a better fit overall for what the program needs. Even if Washington is a little rugged offensively, if he plays 12-15 minutes a game, defends, grabs some boards, and keeps defenses honest enough back making open dunks and lay ups, would anyone really complain? Haruna gives you a little more size underneath and would likely be a more complete player to spell JR. Next year Haruna gives you a candidate to play the bulk of the minutes at the five allowing Michale Hughes to ease into the swing of things and the A-10. Not sure he needs it, but given Hughes youth and limited game experience, it wouldn't be bad to have a strong plan B. Washington and Hughes would also be the same grad year, so there's that as well. Offline I believe that the best long-term solution would be another big, but I am concerned that other teams will press us like crazy next year. We lost our best press-breaker in Castro, and we are left with Tarin as our only true point guard. Obviously hope is on the horizon for 18-19 with Randall and Dunn-Martin becoming eligible, Offline Inclined to believe the Washington /Colon duo still on track taking care of a big, as promised, and another pg. Should Wash not make it then another big in play - history tells most transfers commit in summer months. Offline As someone else mentioned it would be a great opportunity for a "Jason Duty" type walk on to get some valuable experience and possibly a scholarship down the road. Offline so far, only jon rothstein has reported it. no one else has commented beyond saying rothstein said it first. spencer's twitter has been quiet. this dude
Who will be the Last Guy?
Re: Who will be the Last Guy?
nick washington seems likely, but the fact that usman haruna might have came here is a good sign, i like to think once a recruit visits the bluff, it's tough to pull him away. and the only school bigger than duquesne taking a look at him so far is vcu ( )

That being said, I trust the process and the foundation that this staff is building for the future.
