Offline Would be sweet if he bumped McConnell from the Sixers. Offline Would be sweet if he bumped McConnell from the Sixers. Ain't gonna happen. TJ's much younger and has already shown plenty of promise. Offline Would be sweet if he bumped McConnell from the Sixers. Ain't gonna happen. TJ's much younger and has already shown plenty of promise. They just drafted a point guard. Traded up to get him. I didn't say they were. I said that TJ has proven that he is, at worst, a decent backup NBA point guard. Plus, he's a fan favorite in philly. He isn't going to lose his spot to a 31 year old career European player. Offline My point simply was that his job doesn't seem safe. No disrespect intended. Offline Reports are that AJax signed a huge deal with the Beijing Ducks. Offline Here's a long (I do mean long) interview with Aaron Jackson by Nate Duncan. This is a really good listen if you are an avid NBA fan. (And I do love that AJax is playing for the Beijing, formerly Peking, Ducks.) Offline Reports are that AJax signed a huge deal with the Beijing Ducks. "Beijing Duck?" Is that what we are now calling that old Chinese restaurant staple since we changed translation systems in the 70s?

New pod: Aaron Jackson (@AaronfingJ) late of CSKA Moscow and now the Beijing Ducks, provides a refreshingly honest perspective on the NBA's offseason, the Kyrie situation in Cleveland, European players making the jump to the NBA, his own career, and much more. Then Danny joins to discuss the summer leaguers in LAC, LAL, and MEM.
