I found this quote interesting.  I may be reading too much into this but it sure sounds like we have more than one more scholarships left.  I bellieve there are some visitors coming in this weekend per Ferry post game comment after the Richmond game.

"And while we are interested in the long-term success, you have to have some short-term success as well in order to help with recruiting, so I would definitely take a junior college transfer or two if I thought they could help us win right now. I am not going to take a bunch of them and try to cut corners like that, but if one or two make sense, fit with our talent level and our university's standards and they can help us win, I would do it."

I definitely like hearing that. I gave Ferry a pass for this season, as most new coaches should get. That said, I like the way he seems to be approaching the future. With as many holes as we have, there is nothing wrong with taking a Soko, or a JC guy to put a better product on the floor now, as long as it doesn't take away from our ultimate goal. Three freshmen, plus a JC player would be excellent, as it would add immediate help, while balancing our classes. I don't like when coaches have a bunch of players in one class. Yeah, it's nice to have 5 seniors in the startin lineup, but what usually then happens, is that the coach takes another job, and the team plummets to the bottom. Seems as though Ferry thinks he can put a decent team out there next year. I sure hope so. A winning season would do wonders for the morale on this board.

It is unclear how many more scholarship we will have left to give.  With Robinson on paper we have one more to give.  However it sounds like we could have more.  In my opinion we get the best freshman shooting guard we can land (I am concerned that Notice is in SC today, and Pitt all over Severe), a JUCO point guard (if we have another player transfer), and if we have three ships a JUCO PF/C or SF/PF.
