I have no idea what this team will do.All i know is good things are happening,we have a coach,Dave Harper has done a unbelievable job uniting Duquesne, its hard to believe he has raised 45 million dollars,to raise that kind of money at a school with a losing culture for so many years.Dambrot is working hard in Ohio and Michigan recruiting and then beating out PSU and Northwestern for Austin. The administration is on board, the coach wants to leave a legacy here.I want to see Duquesne rise up and
get invited to the tournament and I think it will happen in the next 3 years. The program will taste success, not sure it will be this year.Cant wait to see the Dukes flourish. It takes time.Patience.
Most people in Columbus cant pronounce Duquesne and I dont think they can figure out where such a place is located but I wear it,I talk about it and I brag about it.I am happy and thankful and am waiting on
the Dukes success to happen. My father graduated in 1950 and I have the commencement program which includes his name and also a gentleman named Charles Henry Cooper. The commencement was held at
St Pauls Church in Oakland.Pretty cool.GO BLUFFITES.

I am going with 19 wins - although losing to a higher number is fine by me!

I am kind of with Stew on this one and I agree with him regarding our AD and President and their support for all of athletics! I said 17 last year and while I think our OOC is tougher this year I also think that there is much more talent and depth! I am going with 21 wins CLK! Go Dukes

Haha love it WEB and agree with you re Pitt and Penn State. I have them at 21 and not sure if I disagree at all OOC or conference but thinking about a big upset in conference like StLouis or George Mason at home as the difference!

CLK, never known so little about the Dukes going into the start of the season. I have only seen 3 Dukes play in a college game. You can eyeball practice, get a feel on the talent level, etc., but it's not the same as a game. On paper, there seems to be quite a high level of talent; and plenty of articles back that up. The Dukes apparently played well enough to win both secret scrimmages from the whispers that I heard. But the non-conference schedule has been beefed up. So much unknown. But there is one known - the track record of Keith Dambrot.
In my mind, I could make the case for 16 wins; I could also make the case for 24 wins. So, I'm going to split this down the middle and project 20 wins - Final Answer. Let's Go Dukes!
