PSN has done a great job covering our Dukes! I can never remember having so much to read about the program. The addition of Zach’s dedicated reporting was an awesome pickup!

I know Mike V. personally and he saw the potential in the DU program to become big time with Dambrots hiring. PSN is heavily invested in the Dukes success as Mike knows this could raise PSNs profile as a news outlet to be the lead source for what we all hope will become a nationally relevant program again.

Mike V has a daytime Emmy in his trophy case from his production of the Bob Pompeani sports show on KDKA that that he produced for years before going out on his own. I wrote a couple articles for them early on but my real job hindered me from really being able to regularly contribute. They are doing a fantastic job!

He brings an element that this year’s team is missing IMO. We do not have a slasher who can get to the rim. Should fit in quite nicely.
