    STEEL VALLEY LINEBACKER A DUKE

    Steel Valley linebacker Todd Hill committed to Duquesne after interest from Penn State and Purdue.  He did decommit from Howard after the coach left for William and Mary   He is smaller and played inside but quick and tough from my conversations with coaches
