    Rick I don't know if he has any specific ties, he may well have.  I linked in the "Recruiting Update" posta story from PSN that said  KD went out to Arizona to visit Dre Harris (on of his major targets) a kid from Michigan who is at a prep school out there.  My guess is while he was there he checked out the local talent.

    Well, we lose out on Basham who just committed to Pepperdine.  The other offer from this trip, Joshua Promo, still alive
