So is this a new position and Ferry actually got more money out of DU which is amazing?
Is he replacing someone and if so, where did the someone go?

I'll defer to someone who knows better, but what's the difference between ops and admin? Am I right in guessing that when Byrd had the position it combined the two functions?

Good for Ferry, BTW. He's surrounded entirely by guys he can trust. I always viewed the practice of hanging a mole around a coach's neck to be distasteful.
