UWGB fires coach tonight-no reason-out of nowhere.Wonder what Terrence Thompson thinking?I feel badly for him. ...and this affects us at Duquesne because...............................??????????????? ... because this is a college basketball board and the news is that a college basketball coach got let go at a very inopportune time. UWGB reached the Horizon semifinals last year and made an NCAA tournament appearance under this guy. Plus, Terrence Thompson supposedly was a target of Duquesne's at one point and is part of the latest recruiting class there. Um, I'd say it pertains to Duquesne for discussion's sake. Thanks for the heads up stew! ... because this is a college basketball board and the news is that a college basketball coach got let go at a very inopportune time. Thanks for the heads up stew! Have to agree. The Terrence Thompson connection makes this somewhat interesting at a slow time for news on the board. Thanks Stew n Crosseye- agree. ... because this is a college basketball board and the news is that a college basketball coach got let go at a very inopportune time. Thanks for the heads up stew! I did not recall Terrence Thompson as on our radar, so thanks. But as I said, I don't follow recruiting all that closely. There is no affect to Duquesne, but there is a connection to our Dukes in that Terrance Thompson was set to sign with KD but Harris took Thompson's scholie (check the similar signing dates for Thompson and Harris) Thompson signs with Wisconsin Green Bay only to have that coach leave. He can come over next year, maybe there will be room. Just don’t see Thompson being able to come here even if he changed his mind. Wouldn’t want to force out or see anyone leave from our core starters. Yeah, I said next year and maybe.

If KD didn't have an overflowing number of recruits for this coming year we possibly would have Thompson, once his release is finalized. Hence, the relevance of cross-eyed and stews' emails.
