These two are a step below Belmont, ETSU, and Furman, but certainly much better than the dregs from the MWC that we're stuck playing. Both teams were around 150 NET last year, and both lose two starters, so while I don't expect either to rise to Belmont's level, there shouldn't be a major plummet either. Winthrop's been a power in their league, but it's a fairly weak league, which inhibits their ranking. Looks like KD would like to have an ooc strength of schedule around 150, which would be a huge improvement, allowing us to be in the mix for an at large bid without having to win 26-27 games. Of course we'll need to win most of these games to prove our worth.
Interesting tidbit, Nakye Sanders was Towson's starting center last year. Looking at his stats, he had a decent senior season.
