    The Billikens have paused all team activities due to positive COVID-19 results within the program. Tonight's game against Duquesne has been postponed. The A-10 will communicate additional changes to SLU's upcoming schedule.

    This has gotten beyond ridiculous. I'm now of the opinion the season needs delayed and/ or cancelled.

    Silver lining: With the long layoff and Covid shutdown, I'd much rather open the conference schedule against GW than Richmond or St. Louis.

    We're a good Catholic school, faithful, why does it seem God hates our basketball program? This is getting ridiculous.  I had a vision of the ghost of Job and he said, "Wow Dudes, you guys had some really bad things happen!"

    Good news 3 out of 4 of my children as well as two son in laws received the Covid 19 shots. Absolutely no adverse reaction. NCAA. will move forward  TV revenue for March Madness. Actually, Duquesne received a big break as to both Richmond & St. Louis cancellations. Can’t wait for 2021.

    GW blew out Fordham(not saying much), but that wont be easy either.   Nothing will be easy this season.

    I'm not going to lie; this was my first thought too. I didn't see the announcement (or this thread) before I got home. So I quickly fired up ESPN+ and tried to get the game on. I got more and more specific in my searches, all ESPN games, then basketball, then NCAA basketball, and finally searched for Duquesne. When it still didn't come up I had a bad feeling. I checked the schedule and found out. My thoughts quickly changed when I realized GW would be the first game after our Covid break. A win is still far from guaranteed, but I feel much better playing GW after nearly a month of no practice than I do playing St. Louis in St. Louis. A few extra days of practice and a much easier opponent is the benefit of this added frustration.

    These games that were postponed arent going to be made up.We had 3,000 people in US die in last 24 hours in a pandemic that has taken over 400,000 lives.I think its time to pull the plug on asking players
    to risk their health to help the NCAA make money.Living in America in the year 2020,where money  is king
    and to hell with anybody who gets in the way of it
