Offline The Steelers announced that they signed Christian Kuntz to a futures contract which essentially puts him on the 90 roster for the present time at what amounts generally to the NFL minimum salary! Don't know specifics of the contract but I do know that it clearly shows he is still in the hunt for the long snapper job for the Steelers and remember that the current long snapper has approximately 1.7 mill cap hit.If snapping is equal Christian will win the job as he would be much cheaper and the best coverage snapper in the NFL who can also play linebacker if need be . And yes I believe he would hold his own as he demonstrated in pre season 2019. Offline Thanks, Judge. The Steelers certainly believe that Christian is a viable option as evidenced by the dollars. Best wishes on his quest.
