Offline 7:00pm EST tip on Saturday 01/30/2021 at the La Roche University Kerr Fitness Center, Pittsburgh, PA Offline Looks like Daily will not play according to a tweet I saw. The Dukes were kicked in the butt early with Covid, but now we can see them a lot stronger and in much better condition. I can see this team getting on a roll and finishing very strong, and who know this could still be the year. Go Dukes! Offline Looks like Daily will not play according to a tweet I saw. I can see this team getting on a roll and finishing very strong, and who know this could still be the year. Go Dukes! Now we're doing the butt kicking. Even if he does play, we totally shut him down last year. Last game was fun and this one should be too. Then we'll carry some real momentum into the biggest game in quite some time (maybe since the A-10 final in 2009?). Even if it's not the typical Dayton team, beat them and we'll really be off and running. Offline This will be a good game to test the maturity of our still young team. We are clearly the more talented team. Our strengths matchup with their weaknesses. They are an even younger team than we are. They might be without their best player. By all accounts we should win this one easily. If the youngsters get cocky from the last game and think they can just cruise through this one, they could be trouble though. St. Joe's is terrible defensively, but they can definitely score the ball and they like to run. With Dambrot on the sidelines and the seniors between the lines I think the freshmen will come out battling. It might not be a blowout, but I don't think the game will ever be in doubt. Dukes 80 Hawks 68. Offline I trust Dambrot and staff will not let this one fall into the "trap game" category. Offline Looks like Daily will not play according to a tweet I saw. Offline I just hope that COVID protocols prevent the from bringing that *&%^$#! Hawk that never stops flapping. Offline I just hope that COVID protocols prevent the from bringing that *&%^$#! Hawk that never stops flapping. I hear that, z duke!! That is a pretty tough gig none the less. Offline I have to admire Coach... Losing Sincere would have wrecked any other team but he just keeps finding a way. Offline Hughes is amphibious, he's blocking them left and righthanded. Offline All five freshmen have gotten on the score sheet in the first half. Offline Let's go Dukes!!! Offline Let's go Dukes!!! I think I can live with that half. Offline All five freshmen have gotten on the score sheet in the first half. Harris with at least 3 nice passes. Offline Dukes looking very good again. I get that fordham and St Joe's are the dregs of the conference but they have blown the doors off them both. Keep it up in the second half and carry the momentum into the Dayton game and open the Cooper in style. Offline Garbage time starting too early. Offline Weathers draining his free throws. Offline Weathers draining his free throws. The difference between now and the early loses. Offline Kelly must be deep in the back of the doghouse. Offline An off game for TDM, excellent games inside from Mike and Marcus. Very impressed with the skill set of Harris. This is an impressive freshman class. Offline I taught Middle School for 25 years. Offline I taught Middle School for 25 years. And he's not young for a freshman at 21 years old. Last time we had a player racking them up at this pace was when Simon O roamed the bluff. Offline I am really impressed with our "Freshomores" (they are no longer freshmen)..It is great watching these guys develop. Acuff, Harris, Okani and Bekelja all played well. Baker is a special talent, but has to learn to keep his emotions in check and his mouth shut. Offline What an enjoyable game. Go Dukes!
