Duquesne Bryant Game
The Dukes are favored by 14.5 this week. I don’t think that the Dukes cover. Bryant always plays us tough. They beat Brown last week and are probably the next best team in the NEC now.
The Dukes had a few key injuries last week.
They have the series edge too… maybe the only NEC team to do so.

21-14 at the half. Bad decision on a fake punt hurt a bit. Bryant is actually out gaining the Dukes.

What a game and a replay walk off finish! Agree with you Coffee but I do wonder if it was the punter saw something that led him to take off. I loved the play calling on offense overall and especially going for the end zone to Henderson for the 6 pack winner! Coach Doria mixed up Bryant D with pass on 1st short run 2nd. O line pass blocking was outstanding too

One of the most entertaining games ever if I’m a neutral observer
As a Duquesne fan, I haven’t recovered yet…
The Dukes kept letting Bryant convert one potential game ending play after another until they held on the last one… BARELY!

Loved the victory. Don’t follow Dukes football like I do basketball. Over the last several years, I wonder if league opponents have figured out the DU defensive schemes. Dukes look non-aggressive and don’t seem to mix things up coverage wise. Bryant made a lot of fourth down plays pretty easily today. Dukes we’re just really passive in my view on the “Hail Mary” pass. A win is a win. Dukes offense showed great guts with time running out. Go Dukes! Keep rolling. Win the NEC!

Thanks for posting Hooshot and point well taken although in fairness I think Coach Opfar Farison and Richardson are outstanding overall. Defense was the big difference against Merrimack and they played this game without their Captain DeMedal and 3 other starters. They are developing a couple good D lineman I think and our secondary might be the deepest part of the team. Again thanks for sharing and I hope that you keep watching this team too! Go Dukes
