    Pitt went up against a 5'2" point guard who had 10pts. and 8 assists. He was 0 for 6 from the 3 though.

    Jim Ferry has beaten Pitt in his last two games!  He won his last Pitt game at Duquesne!

    Well if Capel is the real reason the City Game isn't being played as many have suggested, it might be on next year. Pitt is now 2-4 with all four losses (and neither of the wins) by double digits. They are #199 in the Kenpom ratings and have a losing record (1-2 with a -17 point differential) against teams OUTSIDE the top 200. It took a winless conference season to fire Stallings. Could this be another winless conference season? Their best win so far is against Towson who is ranked 180th. The worst team in the ACC other than Pitt is BC at 134. The Pete may have been a tough place to play at times, but they're 2-3 there this year and they won't be seeing anyone remotely similar to Towson or Wilmington in the ACC. I thought Capel was a good hire, but if it's not time to pull the plug yet it very well might be at the end of the season.

    Now that Narduzzi will survive his entire contract and probably get another extension, Jeff might get bounced.  Where would pitt go from there, a Miller brother?   The ACC is attractive, but there are a couple programs in that conference who dont attract the big names, and pitt might be one of them now.   My heart aches for Heather and Jeffy.
