Home dog to Wofford. If we hadn't put a beat down on Irvine we might be getting double digits in this one. Time to protect the home court.

Re: Game Thread - Wofford Terriers

Wofford has a skilled, smart, good shooting backcourt that has good experience playing together. These players are not very athletic, tall, or long.

This is not a big team. Their 2 biggest players don't really get time. Lots of shooting up & down the lineup.

They have 3 players that were all-rookie conference award winners.

They lost a very good starter for the season just before Thanksgiving. Others have stepped up.

They have a big that transferred in. He is putting up good numbers & makes his many foul shots.

This is a challenging but very beatable opponent.

It's about time. Year five is the time to stop beating up on HBCU and Northeast Conference level cupcakes and then bemoan the fact that our rating is still in the 100s come March!

Agree Ironduke. I really can't recall an OOC schedule in many years with as many quality opponents and fewer cupcakes. It's what is needed if we want to reach the promised land. Keep wondering how much of a difference a healthy RG might have made in some close losses. We will never know that answer but looking forward to better days ahead!
