If Brewer has 2 years of eligibility left, I think this he would be a good, if not spectacular, addition to the backcourt despite only being 5' 8" tall.
Although he is unlikely to be an A-10 star, he could really help Primo by running the show for 20 minutes per game. If he only has 1 year left, he becomes a less attractive option.
He would certainly bring experience & court maturity to the PG position. He went to 2 JUCOs before playing at FIU & graduated from high school in 2017!
His shooting, assist, & turnover numbers in a good conference are noteworthy as is his 3rd team all-conference award. Unlike Rozier, he has already proven his ability to get it done against above average D-1 competition despite his size. He soundly outplayed TDM in a head-to-head matchup on 12/1.
Check out how poorly his team faired in the 2.5 games he missed due to injury toward the end of the season.
KD & staff's unnatural attraction to diminutive lead guards is so puzzling.
