Limit penetration and force tough shots. Good games from Reece and Williams would be very helpful. We hammered them inside last time. Why do I get nervous before a game? I'm not playing. Hard to believe that since the Dukes' improbable run to the conference championship game in 2009, when they won 3 A10 tourney games, they have just two wins in this tournament, vs. 12 losses. And prior to that 2009 run, they had just one conference tourney win in the previous 13 seasons. So three wins in the 2009 tourney, 3 wins combined in 23 other conference tourneys between 1996 and 2022 (they didn't qualify for the 2005 and 2013 conference tourneys and the 2020 tourney was canceled). Quite a string of futility there, no wonder you're nervous, Rick. C'mon Dukes get it done! Clark better step up his game both offensively and defensively if the Dukes are going to win this one. He's been beaten three times off the dribble/head fakes already. Hard to watch. Its Grant vs LaSalle. Can anyone else help him, please?!?!? If RJ isn't hitting open shots get him out of there ASAP. Brewer, Reese, Rotroff, Grant, and McGriff. One of the disadvantages of a bye. Crazy to know that this is the first A10 tourney game for all of our Dukes. I think we should we settle in in the second half. On the bright side, we forced 10 turnovers. But FREE THROWS! Our bigs will blow this game open if we can get them going. C’mon Dukes! Let’s explode in the second half like we did two weeks ago. Glad he got his 500th win, his accolades from Lebron, but in the end this team is NOT well coached, and sure as hell doesn't know how to coach at this level.
