A-10 tournament record 1-5 for a 16.6 %winning percentage.
This all occurred during the A-10’s darkest days.

In 6 years never beat a team higher than 62nd.
Dambrots retention of players is not one of the better ones in the country. For whatever reason, not of A-10 ability, bad character, or couldn’t listen to the coach. Bottom line is Dambrot brought them in.
Really don’t want to hear about Covid or transfer portal as all programs are dealing with those issues. It’s about the relationship a coach and player.
Having stated all these facts, I myself do not know wether we should keep or let go of the coach. And I am not a Dambrot fan for too many reasons to list. All I do know is before getting rid of the coach, you better have a qualified coach lined up before his dismissal. One that is younger and been successful at the D 1 level. After all the original signing of Dambrot in my opinion was a great hire. You just never know.
