Got this directly from my friend Mike Kinney, who covered HS basketball for the Newark Star-Ledger for many years and now works for MSG (Madison Square Garden Network) Varsity. Mike and I worked for the same newspaper many years ago and he is THE go-to guy for NJ HS hoops. I asked him for the top point guards in NJ, and to identify the ones that were unsigned.
