Who's going, and predictions. I'll be there. My prediction another bad lose.

I watched WVU beat VT. They are big, but not as quick as Pitt. If we can make some shots it could be interesting.

Actually, I think this may be worse than the Pitt Game.  May I say I HOPE I am wrong.  But here is why:
1.  Though Pitt was much more talented, I didn't think that they were rough...WVU is
2.  I never did dislike Jamie Dixon...the man has always had class and doesn't try to embarrass anyone...Huggins is 0 for 2 on both of those fronts
3.  Because of RE being there, there WILL be added incentive for him and his team - anger!!  Our players/coach really don't have major reasons for hatin' WVU.  Gone are the days of BB Flenory
4.  Though I dislike Pitt more than any other team, their fans are loud, but not obnoxious...can't say the same about the Hoopies...plus I'd like to shove that rifle up....
5.  Because of our loss vs. Pitt, we may have even less fair weather fans and some that were there who did support Pitt (as they sat around me) weren't out for blood vs. Duquesne...probably because we aren't a threat.  It won't be the same for WVU.
Did I say I hope I am wrong!!

Hey guys looking forward to the game on Tuesday. Which bench will be WVU's at CONSOL (In front of section 101 or 103)?

It's going to be a learning experience for our young 'uns. And Ferry.

Just looking forward to another opportunity to get out and support the team. I really believe that this is an interesting season and am looking for improvement wherever I can find it. It might not be @ Consol tomorrow night though but one never knows. There is a great game waiting to happen with this team somewhere this season.

Looks like WVU is favored by 6.5 points at the opening line.
I watching Lawrence O Donnell Show on MSNBC and what comes up at the commercial break. An actual television commercial for Duquesne basketball vs WVU at the CEC.
You live long enough you see it all eventually.

"The Dukes were 99-89 under Everhart, including 16-15 last season. A native of Fairmont, W.Va., Everhart joined WVU’s staff in May, having shared a longtime friendship with Huggins. Everhart declined an interview request to discuss his return to Pittsburgh." from the Trib. today.
It is not often a coach declines to be interviewed.  I think this is one angry man.  As my earlier post said, I think he is going to be out for blood!

Duquesne vs. WVU: Dukes hope third time is a charm for major upset

I doubt that he declined an interview due to anger. I would guess he figured the reporter would want some negativity, and he's not going to go there. Ron will be up for other jobs at the end of the year, and making negative comments would not help him.

Agreed. I can't imagine Ron Everhart having anything of a negative nature to say publicly, no matter what he may be feeling inside. A total class act IMO. Again, we just have to move on here as difficult as that may be for some of us.

Good luck to the Dukes against WVU. I know this is one Pitt fan who will be loudly rooting for you to win. My son will be also (he graduated from both Pitt and Duquesne). I think you guys have a very good shot at beating the 'eers. It wouldn't be a "major" upset because I think Duquesne has a very good team and is fairly close in ability to WVU. Whatever size advantage that WVU might have is neutralized by their clumsiness. You guys have quick guards and your forwards match up very well to theirs. Believe me, WVU isn't as good as they think they are and you'll have a great shot at beating them. You were competitive with G'town and G'town is 100 times the team that WVU is. I say Duquesne by 11.
