Offline Good article. Corbett is a great addition. He's going to be at home when we play DePaul. Even though DePaul is 3-0, they played lesser teams. It would be a great time to see this guy have a monster of a game. Offline Good article. Corbett is a great addition. He's going to be at home when we play DePaul. From the video in the article CLK posted of Corbett speaking at media availability, it sounds like he really does not like Chicago. He talked about Duquesne as a place he doesn’t have to be closed up and stay in his room the whole time. He’s a Florida boy, he didn’t want to feel unsafe walking around the southside of Chicago… Chicago State is in the southside of Chicago, not near the lake like a Loyola. He even said this trip to DePaul will probably be his last time in the city. Offline Good article. Corbett is a great addition. He's going to be at home when we play DePaul. I think he wants to beat this team and move on. And Duquesne is the best place for him or anyone right now. Let's start kicking some A here. We have got the best players, and we have got the best coach. Non-cmf is pre-season, so, 2 to 3 games mean nothing. in non conf. As long as Dru gets the lineup strait for January. Dukes have missed quite a few easy layups these first two games. Hope they make the extra pass because you got guys who can finish around the basket in Dixon, Welborn, Necas, and others. Certain guys need to play more team ball. They'll figure it out and Dru will figure out the right combos. Been most impressed with Hronsky, Dixon, and Welborn. Love to see Dixon, Rozier, Dimichelle, Corbett, and Necas on the court together more often. Offline I meant he had a chip on his shoulder. Not that he was coming home like that.
