After the first 4 games, I decided to just listen today while doing other stuff. The audio alone was disheartening. I don't think anybody on this board could have imagined what a horrid start this team would make.
Just before the season I bought the "47 years" book, which quickly became hard to read. 

The talent on this team consists of a bunch of role players who fit in well last year with Grant,Clark and 
fousemmyi. The team cant even make frickin free throws.Most of these guys wont make 50 pct of free
15 foot shots this year.There is too little offensive punch.6 wins will be a good year for this bunch.
       

Duquesne needs to get rid of a scholarship football program.Take that scholarship money from  football and pay these recruits Duquesne goes after.Dru needs money to offer talented players which Duquesne currently
has is few and far between.

I feel like we know less about the potential of this team than we did before this game.  Hear me out.  0-5 is disheartening, unacceptable, and beyond worrisome but we have only played 1 bunny so far.  Honestly, against this level of competition I expected 2-3 maybe 3-2 at best but certainly considered 1-4 a possibility.  Not an excuse, just realistic assessment.  I’m more worried about the coaching than the talent.  It seems that we continue to get throttled late and, to me, that’s a sign of coaching.  I was vocal about my fear of an inexperienced, unproven Dru taking the helm of a conference champion when he was being hired.  I’m certainly not about to give up on him but I think we are seeing a coach learning the ropes and this is not the level or the conference for it.  So much goes into running an A-10 program it’s not for someone who has coached 0 games at the D 1 level.  I hope he’s a fast learner.  Lastly, not sure why he continues to give Necas and Rozier so much run. Necas has upside but aside from decent defense he is not giving the team any quality offense and Rozier has shown 100% what he is.  Why does Dru continue to play them so much?!?
