We can dream. But there must be a reason to offer him, other than just he's good. But he's like the 50th overall player in the class. We dont usually smell that kind of air. Would require a big NIL investment(which is fine).

You are guaranteed not to get high-caliber players if you don’t offer! So, by all means offer them and try to work on developing trust! You want to be in the mix and hopefully land a few of the better players.

Yes, thats that I was hinting at, there must be some kind of reason, or thought, they have a shot. Otherwise, offer every one of the top 100. Always try to be in on the better/best players.
Trust me, I have nothing against offering the top guys. Should do more of it. Just be prepared to use a lot of NIL, one top player could change a progrum.
