6 former players including Spears alleging unpaid NIL payments promised. At this point Congress needs to step in to save College sports. Make NIL payments connected to a contract including the transfer portal. What about the students working their butts off pursuing a degree paying full tuition payment. The college Presidents should say go play in a G-League located in towns like Frisco Texas,Grand Rapids,Maine & Westchester. University Presidents should return to education first if this trend continues. How many teams have Spears played for? I remember when Dambrot was criticized when Spears left Duquesne. Duquesne This is so good. Spears has played at Duquesne, Georgetown, Florida State and is now playing at UTSA (Texas San Antonio). His teams have combined for an overall record of 36-71 and in conference, a record of 13-44. And schools are paying this guy? For what, to lose??
