Saw in one of the papers this week - he signed one of those 10 day contracts with the Chicago Bulls - Hopefully he will do well enough to get a contract through the end of the year.

He's milking it for all he can. This has got to be his last year, as he's pushing 40 now. Tough for a small guy who's game was speed and quickness to excel at such an advanced age.

The Kicks have a laughable situation at point guard. Raymond Felton, who alternates between good years and bad years, is having a bad year and he's been hurt. Pablo Prigioni, who was an NBA rookie at age 62 (bit of hyperbole) last year, makes me nervous when he touches the ball. I thought Mike would have been a good fit with his home town team.
Hey, I spent most of last night in the car listening to the Knicks game. I had to turn the radio off for a few moments, and when I could turn it back on, I had missed the call on his MSG record 62nd point. But what a game he had.
Back to the topic: Good luck Mike James!

Back in '97, I wanted to predict that Mike James would play in the NBA & have the longest NBA career of anybody in the history of Duquesne, but I forgot.
Keep on keepin' on, Mike!
