Volleyball A10 Playoffs DU 3 GW 1
After losing two straight 5 set matches to GW last weekend at GW, the Dukes won their first round match up vs GW today 3 games to 1. First two sets were very exciting. Dukes took both 26-24, lost third, won fourth set to win the match
Sophomore Emersen Schrom was named A10 first team.
They play Loyola Chicago in the semis tomorrow. Go Dukes!

I think Chloe Wilmot leads the NATION in assists per set... Somehow she was left OFF the All-Star teams. Team has several seniors so nice to see them qualify (only top 6 get in) for the post season and grab a win.

It was a good match. Dayton finished 18-0 in conference and now they play VCU. And VCU is the host. Hopefully they can use the home magic to knock out Dayton.
We lost 2 matches to Loyola at Loyola. But the Dukes were a different team the second half of the season.
Only A10 volleyball championship we have was when we beat VCU at VCU a decade or so ago. History will hopefully repeat itself.
