New building for School of Health Sciences

Saw last night, DU is building a new place for Rangos School of Health Sciences on Forbes and Magee St, I guess where that ground level parking lot is.
That Forbes corridor will really be something, new med school, revamped Cooper Fieldhouse, new health sci building.
Wonder what they will turn the Rangos building into, classrooms, apartments?  Thats the old gym for you old timers.
I think I was the 2nd class admitted to the Health Science school, way back in the early 90s.
