We invite former Duquesne Dukes men's head coach Keith Dambrot  to "All Dukes Sports Talk" -33. We discuss the circumstances and history on how Coach Dambrot came to accept the Duquesne Dukes head coaching job. We also discuss the "Magical"  2024 Men's Basketball Season, that brought Duquesne, a A-10 Championship and a 1st round victory against BYU in the NCAA Tournament. Keith also shares his views on NIL and the transfer protocol and how mid-majors like Duquesne should adapt.

After Keith's appearance on the show.... Bob, Nick and myself cover the recent Men's and Women's Basketball games as well as NEWS from...

Great interview with Kieth. Keith does a great job of taking us back and tracing the history of Duquesne's basketball woes. I was a student at Duquesne in the late 60's and early 70's. I remember well the Duquesne near death financial experience with the student led Third Alternative helping to keep the doors open. The years that followed were marked by Spiritan Presidents and Administrations that completely deprioritized sports and the
subsequent 40 years in the Basketball wilderness.

Keith also did a great job of defending his record and the trials and obstacles he had to overcome to do what no other coach could do in the 40 years that proceeded him in getting us back in the NCAA.

You can put me down for knighthood  for this Duquesne Hall Of Famer.
