It is embarrassing to be winless in the A-10, and typically not competitive. Although I never expected a collapse of this magnitude, this was likely going to be a rebuilding year.  My greater concern was the past few years when the team had talent and experience but seemed to fall short of achieving the level of success that was expected. 
I don’t know what expectations Dave Harper or the Duquesne admin have for the Women’s Program, or how the budget stacks up with the rest of the A-10, so I can’t pass judgement on anyone’s job.  Hopefully the team continues to work on improvement and the coaches can fill the necessary gaps moving forward.
