Why do I have the feeling that we are going to be sacrificed to the basketball "gods" on national TV tonight solely for the purpose of helping the Billikens gain a good seed in the NCAA Tournament? Is Rick Majerus on that committee now? I'm guessing that the punishment for playing them close at our place will be our worst -- spread-wise -- loss of the season. Not that we haven't had some ugly losses, because we surely have. Sadly I think you are right, this team by reading Des remarks to a new recruit, " We are young but we have been close in a lot of games " to me means the coaches are spouting this line. Why not tell them close means nothing but a loss and close out, hold leads, pass wisely and pass up threes when others are wide open. I know Soko can score but with the triple teams on him he should be avg 5-6 assists a game and also keep the defense honest on him.
I will try to watch it until it gets ugly.

This was the Jerry Jones I expected to see these past two years.
