These guys are playing very well lately, and unlike the Dukes they've been winning close games. I hope we can hang a senior day loss on them and build some mo for the tourney. Micah Mason es en fuego and I hope he, Soko, and a couple others (Jerry? L.G.?) chip in with some points. PGs had a bad game vs. UMass, too many TOs. Rooting as always for the Dukes but anticipating another nail bitten loss. Dukes up 38-31 at halftime. Gill has 11 points in 2 minutes. Nah, I'm screwing with you. He's played 7 minutes. Turned it on and we were up 18. Shutting it off now. Me bad karma... We needed to win this game to give me a good feeling about the later part of the season. I have some optimism going forward now. People complained about playing crappy teams on the road, but it seems to have served a purpose. This team plays well on the road. This will serve us well going forward. Now they just have to learn how to win at home ... Both Jones were terrible tonight. Hopefully Gill can step up and take over the 3 spot next year. Jeremiah has had all the chances in the world this year and has delivered squatch. Jerry has had inconsistent opportunities all year, and really only had the one breakout game. I agree, Gill needs to learn how to defend better and attack the boards. I think he'll be very important next year. Got back from D.C. where I had hopes of Watching the Dukes in person. Not only did that not happen I couldn't watch the game on t.v. or the internet. Had to call a friend at the end of game to get the results after watching ESPN for 45 minutes without our score scrolling by. Went to D.C. to watch my sons mock trial competition. I'm sure you lawyers out there can appreciate that. Well they made the finals which kept me from going in person. Went to the bar which had about 20 games including all the other A-10 games bit not our game. Went up to the hotel room and the wifi wouldn't work. Wasn't real happy happy but the win took a lot of the sting out of it. Got back from D.C. where I had hopes of Watching the Dukes in person. This was a very solid effort tonight. Big game by Colter, who played within the flow of the game and got 21 points. It's important for him to play that way in the A-10 Tournament. •

and couldn't believe the hotel couldn't get the game but could get 20 other games.
