Dukes get commitment from Carlton's 5' 11" guard Conor Richardson

Chassidy Omogrosso,
BlackhawkGuard, 5-5, Jr. The floor general for the state champion Cougars, Omogrosso was named PIAA Class AAA Player of the Year this season. A three-year starter, Omogrosso has developed into one of the top point guards in the state. She led Blackhawk to Section 2-AAA, WPIAL and PIAA Class AAA championships this season as well as an impressive 28-2 record while averaging 21.6 points per game. She has scored 1,858 career points. Omogrosso is a Duquesne University recruit.
Conor Richardson
CarlyntonGuard/forward, 5-11, Jr. A junior point guard, she returned to the team this season after missing her sophomore season with a knee injury. Richardson hardly skipped a beat, averaging 20.9 points per game this season. One of the most athletic players in the WPIAL, Richardson is also a volleyball standout where she earned all-section and All-WPIAL honors. Coach Tim Bonner calls her one of the hardest workers on the team. She led Carlynton (19-4, 11-1) to the Section 6-AA title.
