Duquesne in a rare situation. Dukes vs Rams the premier basketball game tonight across the country on ESPN2. The betting line started Duquesne-3.5. On FanDuel just went down to -2.5. The betters will be watching tonight across every bar in the country. Great opportunity to brand the Duquesne name. Hopefully, the Dukes keep it rolling.Go Dukes👍

This is a game that good teams win. A win would be a small step forward for the Dukes.

Thanks, CTS. I'm curious to get your report on the overall atmosphere at Rose Hill. Last year, they really had the students into it; this year, they are 0-6 in the conference at home, have not won at home in 2024.

Fan Duel line went back up to 3.5. At this time went down to 2.5. Very rare for a Duquesne game for the betting line to jump back and forth. As I previously stated national game with a lot of eyes & action. Watch the referees🤔

I’ve seen physical basketball all year. We play it. But man, Fordham fouls like crazy! The crew could call a handcheck on every possession. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. But we cannot rely on that, need to match it.

It’s called incidental contact if you know anything about the sport and Williams bumped him as he was in the act of shooting.

I just watched it again and what you describe is not what happened. I’ll leave it at that

Refs doing a great job calling what needs to be called and letting a lot of contact go. They could have easily called 5 more fouls on Fordham. Instead they called enough to not let it get out of hand while still allowing the FT advantage to the Dukes which they deserved. Fordham still got into the bonus as well. I wish the Dukes had gotten the same treatment at Dayton that Fordham is getting tonight.

I’m worried that Rose will take this game over.
