Not looking for style points here; just survive and advance. Defense broke down after Clark picked up his 2nd foul- Dukes gave up 25 points in the last 10 minutes of the half. Let’s go Clark! Great start to the second half. Refs doing everything they can to keep this close. Billikens up to 22 free throws. We have shot a lot less but we keep missing them. Need Clark back in asap. The Dukes have a team built to be successful in a tournament too. They play great defense and they have not one but 2 go-to guys who can take over a game. The only thing they don’t have going for them is history. That changes today.
Is it wrong of me to wish some misfortune on Daron Holmes? Nothing serious, maybe some food poisoning, or Covid exposure?
