I’m not on twitter. What’s the gist?

Everything from coaching complaints to telling fans to watch their mouths. Tre probably doesn’t even know he started doing this, almost feel bad for him for his dad to be embarrassing him like this.

If a Power school offered me $250,000 to play for them, I don't think that would be a "big mistake" in transferring.

Jalen Haynes, the big boy for GMU, just entered. He’s the first one I’ve seen from the all-A10 first team to jump in the portal.

Feel really sorry for the Saint Francis community.  There's a lot of old basketball tradition there; glad that they went out on a high note.

With next year's changes to the NIL (a cap of $20.5 million across all sports at a school), an A10 school is now going to have to ante up a minimum of $1,000,000 a year in NIL to compete in men's basketball at the league level.  I'm anticipating that some A10 schools will cross the $2 million threshold.  The power schools are going to be spending around $5 million in NIL to build a roster.

With these changes, I don't think that Saint Francis will be the last school getting out of the Division 1 basketball game.  It's going to be interesting to see if schools like La Salle and Fordham survive the expense to compete in the A10.  As Duikes fans, we are so very fortunate that we have Ken Gormley as president who had the vision to position Duquesne Athletics as a pillar of success for the University; and for Dave Harper's execution of the initiative.  Fasten your seatbelts; more turbulence to come.

I just hope the next president of Duquesne sees the value of athletics like Gormley did.

Crazy. These new times are simply just a shame. They do this just a week after playing in the NCAA Tournament as well. I can’t imagine the changes in emotion SFU fans must be feeling in this short period.

So who would upset the whole board if they left?   Wilborn, Necas, Crawford, Dixon, Jake?????
Does that guy from RMU who was DPOY in Horizon league, does he catch Joyce's eye, or do you think he is going to a bigger program?
When would they know if Dinkins can come back, and would he?,,,updated, he left via portal.

I wasn’t surprised Dinkins left. He is older, and deserves to try to make some money whether that is professionally or through NIL. But if that is with St. Bonaventure… I will not be happy.

Nice! I was asking about this not too long ago. Glad to know I’ll be raising another.

I think I posted this in the wrong section; thanks for moving this, BluffHunter.

Working to remove the podcasts forum. It takes the top place on the website, which basketball should have. I think podcasts can be posted in the forum centered around the topic of the podcast.

Great first quarter. That went about as bad as it could for their big, #22.

Lots of 3s to get this kicked off. That 4 point play by Megan straight into a steal was awesome.
